The ratification vote for the Vancouver Coastal Health HSPBA Tentative Agreement will be conducted online via Simply Voting. This is a trusted platform used by many organizations and unions, including CUPE Local 15. A comprehensive report on the tentative agreement reached between the Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA) and the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) has been sent via email if you have provided it to the CUPE Local 15 Office.
You will also be provided with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in a separate email from Simply Voting that will be sent to all members who have provided their personal email to the CUPE Local 15 office. Members will also receive a letter in the mail, that includes your PIN, which will allow you to participate in the ratification vote. If you need assistance with voting or if you are aware of any CUPE Local 15 Vancouver Coastal Health HSPBA members who have not received this email by December 14, 2022, please contact email@cupe15.org.
The voting period will begin at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 14, 2022 and will close at 23:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on December 21, 2022. The results of the vote will be shared with members on December 22, 2022.
