Dear Vancouver Art Gallery Members:
We elected your Bargaining Committee for 2021-2022 contract negotiations!
Thank you to all that participated in the election of the Bargaining Committee at our meeting on November 23rd. It was a productive meeting and I appreciate the level of engagement and discussion about current work issues at the Gallery.
The Bargaining Committee will be meeting in early December to begin the process of developing a timeline, analysing the collective agreement and developing a plan to survey the members at the Gallery.
The Union is as strong as its members. It is vital that we work together to improve wages and working conditions in your collective agreement.
Please support the Bargaining Committee by:
- reading communications from the committee
- participating in surveys
- attending meetings
