Purpose of Meeting:
- Review Proposal Package
- Vote Yes or No to ratify proposal package as recommended by the Bargaining Committee
Concept Proposal Package:
This is an overview of our proposal package to the employer. We have left out details for confidentiality. We will discuss further and answer questions when we meet in person for the ratification vote.
- Housekeeping items
- We will be seeking a general wage increase and benefit improvements
- Working condition improvements
The Bargaining Committee is recommending a YES vote for ratification of these proposals.
