Dear Langara College Members,
Your bargaining committee has started meeting and is preparing a strategy for bargaining. The current collective agreement expires on March 31, 2025 and will remain in effect until a new agreement is reached.
In the coming weeks, you will receive an email and a letter outlining how to access the bargaining survey. Your answers on this survey will help us with our bargaining strategy moving forward.
Wage increases are determined from the provincial mandate, which has not yet been released by the BC government. We will be negotiating other aspects of the collective agreement in bargaining.
