My heart dropped when I turned on the news this weekend and saw what happened in Buffalo.

Ten people lost their lives because of racist hatred fueled by online conspiracies. The same lies we have seen festering in Canada for years and have only grown since the start of the pandemic.

A normal, daily event like shopping for groceries or going for a walk as a family should not be anything but safe.

Hate is our enemy. This is happening in Canada too. We have a duty to always challenge racism and white supremacy wherever and whenever we see it.

We can and must take concrete steps now to end discrimination and racism. Join us and take action to create a future free of hate.
