The CUPE Local 15 and VMECW Society Annual General Membership Meetings will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in person at the Italian Cultural Centre. Please see below for location details:

The agenda, minutes from the previous meeting (April 24, 2024), and correspondence list will be posted on this page at or before 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. If possible, please review the documents in advance to prepare for the meeting. Additionally, the May 2024 issue of the Members’ Voice is in process and will be posted by the end of next week.
The Auditors will present the 2023 Audited Financial Statements and there will be a motion to appoint Fairhall Zhang and Associates Ltd. to conduct the 2024 Union and Society Audits.
You will be sent an email with more details closer to the date if the union office has a personal email address on file for you. There will be a draw at the end of the meeting and three lucky winners will receive a gift card (retailers TBA at meeting). Light refreshments will be provided. Child and dependant care reimbursement is available as per eligibility requirements in Local 15 Bylaw Section 31.
