CUPE Local 15 and the Vancouver Art Gallery have reached an Adjustment Plan Agreement (APA) under Section 54 of the BC Labour Relations Code, effective July 25, 2025.
This agreement outlines measures to support employees impacted by workplace changes, including layoffs. We acknowledge and appreciate the Gallery’s commitment to open dialogue and its efforts to prioritize the well-being of affected staff throughout this transition.
The Vancouver Art Gallery employer distributed a highlights sheet of the APA on Friday, July 25. It is attached to this email for your reference.
