Greetings CUPE Local 15 Health Science Professional Members:
The ratification vote for the Vancouver Coastal Health/HSPBA Tentative Agreement will be conducted online via Simply Voting. This is a trusted platform used by many organizations and unions, including CUPE Local 15. A comprehensive report on the tentative agreement reached between the Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association (HSPBA) and the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) will be sent to your personal email once available.
Simply Voting will provide you with a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which will allow you to participate in the ratification vote. The PIN will be sent in a separate email from Simply Voting that will be sent to all members who have provided their personal email to the union office. Members will also receive their PIN in the mail to the address that the union has on file.
If you do not receive your PIN by the voting start time or need assistance with voting, please contact the union office at email@cupe15.org or at 604-879-4671. The last day to resend or request a new PIN is March 11, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Any requests after this date and time will not be considered.
The voting period will begin at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 and will close at 11:59 p.m. (PST) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The results of the vote will be shared with members on March 12, 2026.
An email was previously sent by the union to your personal email address that they have on file regarding information sessions on the following dates and times.
Please make every effort to attend one of the information sessions noted in the email sent to you—each session will take approximately one hour.
If you are aware of any CUPE Local 15 Vancouver Coastal Health HSPBA members who have not received these emails, please have them contact the CUPE Local 15 union office at email@cupe15.org or 604-879-4671.
Your CUPE Bargaining Committee is endorsing the Tentative Agreement and encourages members to vote yes.
Yours in solidarity,
CUPE Local 15 Vancouver Coastal Health HSPBA Bargaining Committee
