Dear Vancouver Art Gallery Members:
We are reaching out to give you an update on where we are at with our bargaining prep work.
We are pleased to share that we now have our proposal package almost finalized, and we are now ready to present our proposal outline to all members.
We will be having two info sessions, one online and one in-person, where we will go over the key topics that we want to bring to the bargaining table. Members will get a chance to ask questions and share their thoughts. This helps ensure everyone understands what is being proposed and why.
Members will also vote on the proposed bargaining priorities. If endorsed, the bargaining proposal outline will guide the Bargaining Committee in negotiations with the employer.

Your participation matters
Attending an info session and taking part in the vote is your first chance to participate in this round of negotiations and show your support for your Bargaining Committee. We encourage everyone to get involved!
Strong participation shows that members are engaged in the process, and that will make a real difference at the bargaining table. We hope to see many of you at the info sessions!
In solidarity,
Your CUPE 15 Vancouver Art Gallery Bargaining Committee(Natalia Camacho, Susan Sirovyak, Sophie Shen, Arvind Thadhani, Steve Salsman, Dave Lance)
