If you had applied and received approval for a purchase under the Health and Wellness program, you will need to submit your receipts immediately as the program for 2024/2025 expired on June 30, 2025.
Failing to provide your receipts could result in your items no longer being covered, as the confirmation of purchase is required for reimbursement. Therefore, please submit your receipts to Human Resources immediately.
