Greetings Vancouver School Board (VSB) Members:
Your CUPE Local 15/VSB bargaining committee met on September 19, 2024 to begin preparation for your upcoming bargaining in 2025.
They have developed a calendar which outlines important dates including the preparation of the employee survey, development of proposals, and when employees can vote on which proposals the committee will present to the employer in 2025.
The preparation of proposals will reflect employees’ responses to the survey, possible changes to legislation affecting our members, as well as areas of the collective agreement we feel need to be improved.

Dates and times of the ratification of proposals meeting will be provided in advance to all members.
